The Honors College invites applications for one or more fixed-term, non- tenure-track full/part-time Instructor positions to teach on a term-by-term basis for the 2023-2024 academic year. Some of these appointments may be reviewed for renewal or transition to an instructional position on an annual basis at the discretion of the Dean.

The Honors College is a degree granting authority within Oregon State University (OSU). The overall mission of the HC is to provide an innovative, enriched learning experience and a small college atmosphere to motivated, capable students, integrating students from all academic colleges and departments into a cohesive community. Admission to the HC is by application. Currently, the HC supports approximately 1600 undergraduate students.

Applications submitted to this recruitment pool are reviewed on an as needed basis. Qualified candidates will be contacted when positions become available throughout the academic year.

Some of these appointments may be reviewed for renewal or transition to an instructional position on an annual basis at the discretion of the Dean.

100% Instruction: Administer and teach undergraduate courses either on-campus or online in various disciplines of study.

What You Will Need

Masters degree in discipline appropriate to the field of teaching.

Teaching experience at the college/university level.
