Job Summary Part-Time Clinical Instructor.
Job Duties
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nursing for lecture courses; Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) in Nursing for clinical courses.
Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license.
Two (2) years work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Teaching experience.
Physical Requirements Schoolcraft College is an AA/EEO Employer.
In-Person: This position may require the employee to be onsite at
Schoolcraft College.
Writing Skills: Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and
procedure manuals.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business
periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental
regulations.
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively present information and
respond to questions from prospective and current employees, and groups of
managers.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with
all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret
bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a
variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule
form.

Office Environment: This role may involve standing and walking for long
periods of time, repeating the same movements, and the use of hands to

stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and taste or smell. The employee will
regularly move up to 10 lbs. and occasionally up to 25 lbs. Specific
vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance
vision and depth perception.
