procedure for the position
Instructor/Assistant Professor at the Department of Public Health of the
Faculty of Medicine MU
The Department of Public Health is an educational and research workplace of
the Medical Faculty of MU. Provides teaching of students in theoretical and
preclinical fields.

The workplace: Brno, the Czech Republic
Employment: Full-time/part-time – based on agreement
Start date: Immediately – based on agreement
The scope of your work will be:
Participation in theoretical and practical teaching focused on the
epidemiology of infectious diseases and healthcare facility hygiene
Preparation of study and teaching materials
Independent research and development activities, including publishing and
presenting research results
Contribution to the organizational support of research and teaching
activities
Required qualification:
For the position of Instructor: Completed master's degree in a
healthcare field (preferably General Medicine, General Nursing, or Public
Health)
For the position of Assistant Professor: Completed doctoral degree
(Ph.D.)
Practical experience in the field and teaching experience are an advantage
Ability to conduct independent professional and scientific work, including
publication activity
Capability to actively participate in international conferences or
professional seminars
Proficiency in the English language
Excellent command of the Czech language, both spoken and written
Active approach, initiative, and willingness for further education
Civic and moral integrity
