Position Information
Full-Time | Indianapolis, IN Decision Point is seeking a passionate Campus Ministry Staff member to equip students to share the gospel, coach student leaders, and partner with local churches to expand campus ministry throughout the Indianapolis area. Responsibilities: Coach and disciple student leaders. Build relationships with churches, pastors, and community leaders. Support and grow campus ministry across local schools. Recruit and develop future ministry leaders.
Application Requirements:
Hours: Full-time (45+ hours per week)
Key Relationships:
Inland Empire Campus Ministry Staff report to the L.A. Area Director, Doug Goulding, and collaborate with other area staff on the L.A. team.
Job Qualifications:
Experience: Ministry experience in church or para-church setting preferred.
Travel: This role will include consistent travel in the L.A. area and some travel around the nation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
