    Are you passionate about improving educational outcomes for First Nations Peoples and impacting future generations? CQUniversity is seeking a motivated individual to engage in a variety of student support activities and provide comprehensive administrative support to the Indigenous Student Engagement Team.

    In this role, you will use your communication skills to advise students, triage enquiries, and coordinate tutorial assistance to ensure academic success. Join us to develop and implement projects that improve retention and completion rates for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, supporting and empowering them for positive outcomes.

    Position Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and societies, and the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work, meet deadlines and resolve administrative or client- related problems with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated initiative, excellent time management, problem-solving, and well-developed written communication skills for preparing quality and accurate documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with experience engaging a broad range of stakeholders, including work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
