Description
We are a dynamic UK University based in the Southwest with multiple campuses across the West Country and a few international offices. In joining the team, you will gain exposure on how the University operates, end to end, and be given significant responsibilities. These roles will play an essential part in supporting and delivering our business strategy.
Our two-year Graduate Programme offers you real responsibilities from day one with rotations and project work. You will develop the soft and technical skills required to become a future leader, while getting exposure to business- critical projects and access to deep expertise.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain best practice experience covering all aspects of ICT whilst also incorporating people management, technical expertise, process, and project management. These roles will encompass experience across multiple ICT technologies.
You will be assigned a mentor to support and guide you throughout the programme as well as getting invaluable time to learn from our cross functional subject matter experts within the University. Previous graduates in ICT have progressed into global roles with mega-vendors both within and outside the ICT function.

You will start Year 1 as an Assistant End User Computing Engineer, progressing to End User Computing Engineer in Year 2 (please see jobs descriptions below).
Tackling a variety of work, you'll have the chance to develop your analytical, technical and team work skills. You'll work across several functions, which could include Service Desk, Desktop Support, Endpoint Management, Infrastructure, Platforms and middleware and Professional & Academic services, while enjoying professionally recognised and certified training.
