The Case Management team are a new team responsible for the management of formal employee relations cases in one of the largest and most prestigious universities in the UK.
The Role
The HR Case Management Coordinator is a key role within the Case Management Team, leading on the effective coordination of complex and sensitive case management processes. This will include taking minutes, arranging meetings and preparing standard correspondence. The role will also manage and advise on low level case work. We are recruiting for four new positions.
About You
In order to succeed in this role, you will join us with:
Relevant administrative experience and experience of dealing with HR queries, taking accurate minutes, arranging meetings and maintaining databases. You will need to be able to manage confidential information sensitively, have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritise your own workload.
