The roles offer the opportunity for hybrid working, with an average expectation of 2 days per week presence on campus.

The roles

This is an exciting time for the University of Exeter; our people and the contribution we all make is central to the shared endeavours of our institutional Strategy 2030 which aims to deliver innovations for a world that is greener, fairer and healthier.

Working alongside our HR Partners, you will play an integral role in helping our managers drive high performance and positivity across their teams while ensuring a key focus on staff health and wellbeing.

We anticipate you will join us with:

  • Resilience and the ability to work well under pressure. You will have demonstrable ability to plan, prioritise and organise your own work effectively in a demanding environment.
  • The ability to work effectively with others in a team environment and able to act with diplomacy in sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
  • Please ensure you read the Job Description and Person Specification for full details of this role.
