HR Administrator

People are at the heart of everything we do at Pathology, so why not join our professional services team as our HR Administrator and start supporting excellence in research and education. We can offer a welcoming work environment where you can feel valued, encouraged to develop, and supported to achieve your full potential. You will work closely with our HR Coordinator to provide a comprehensive HR service supporting staff recruitment, induction, probation, contract changes, end of contract procedures and leave requests.

You will also respond to a range of HR queries, advising on HR policy, procedure and best practice. This is a busy and varied role, so good communication skills and the ability to handle a varied workload are key skills to bring to the role. There will be competing demands and deadlines to meet, as well as maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Ideally you will have some relevant administrative experience, be able to deliver a high level of customer service, maintain complete confidentiality and have the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload. However, we really value teamwork at Pathology so you will work within a friendly team and will have a support network to help you along the way.
