This new full-time post is available from 1st March 2024 on a fixed term basis until July 2025.

This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home. We welcome applications from candidates interested in working part-time hours or job-sharing arrangements.

Summary of the role

We are recruiting a temporary HR Administrator to support with the University Change Processes. You will work with colleagues within the Release Schemes Team, HR Department and Services across the University to deliver and implement the change processes.

You will have broad administration experience, including analysing and presenting data, ideally in HR or payroll, with excellent numeracy and IT skills and attention to detail. You will have a proven ability to plan, prioritise and organise your own work effectively in a busy customer focussed environment and the ability to work accurately to deadlines. You will have the ability to act with diplomacy in sensitive situations.
