We are looking for a full time Hotel Front Office Attendant to join our growing hotel team. This will be a great opportunity to work within a strong team to develop your career in hospitality.
As the first point of contact for guests you will deliver a high level of customer service through:
Ensuring all aspects of front office reception run smoothly
Responding to accommodation enquiries, processing reservations and accounts
You are someone who believes the core of hospitality is customer service. You are great at multi-tasking, have excellent communication skills and can think on your feet to solve problems. To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous front office, customer service and/or sales experience (within hospitality industry preferred)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Well-presented with keen attention to detail and cultural sensitivity/awareness
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Cash handling and transaction processing experience
Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs and knowledge of Opera Property Management System (desirable)
This role requires successful applicants to undergo a Criminal History Check and must have the right to work in Australia.
