About the Role
This role is eligible for the Campus Services New Starter bonus (£1,000) and Campus Services refer a friend bonus. please note this bonus is pro rata for part time roles..
In this role you will:
The successful candidate will have experience of striving for excellent standards of customer service and of providing team members with operational training. You will have significant front of house hospitality supervisory experience and demonstrate the ability to effectively lead and motivate team members whilst on shift. You will have knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and experience in stock management (including stock control, portion control, ordering and controlling wastage). You should also have excellent organisational, communication inter-personal skills, with the ability to remain focussed and efficient in a high-volume environment.
Flexibility is important and the role includes early morning, evening and weekend working on a 5 out of 7 days per week contract (36.5 hours per week).
About your ideal candidate
The successful candidate will have experience of supervising and excellent standards of customer service in a customer focused environment. You will have experience in providing team members with operational training. You will have knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations, licensing laws and work well as part of a team. You will need to demonstrate the ability to remain calm under pressure, as it can be extremely busy over peak periods.
