About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) Advisor to join our dynamic team within the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology (FEIT). In this pivotal role, you will be empowered by strong faculty leadership, with a deep commitment to health and safety. You'll be supported in driving a proactive safety culture, with a focus on psychosocial risk management and fostering a healthy, safe, and inclusive work environment
As the HSW Advisor, you will be a key partner to our leaders across FEIT, working collaboratively to develop effective health, safety, and wellbeing solutions. Your expertise will help shape strategies that go beyond compliance, ensuring a forward-thinking approach that enhances our culture of care, innovation, and excellence. You will be instrumental in promoting HSW initiatives through proactive communication, mentoring, and building strong relationships with both staff and students.

This role requires that the successful candidate must undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.
