Oxford Brookes University has an exciting opportunity for a proactive administrator to join its Health and Safety Team within the People Directorate on a full-time, permanent basis.

The post comes at an exciting time with the transformation of the Health and Safety team and the post holder will have the ability to truly influence how the team operates. Working with the Director of Occupational Health and Safety and the Safety Manager, the post holder will be fundamental in revitalising, developing, and reviewing our administration processes. A good understanding of a broad range of IT software is expected as the post holder will have responsibility for developing our intranet pages, working with third-party software packages to download reports, and developing systems to assist the management staff with added health and safety responsibilities such as first aiders. Excellent customer service will also be required as the post holder will liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders including contractors and consultants supporting the University.
