The Head of MBA Student Engagement will play a pivotal role in shaping the co- curricular experience for our MBA students. Working closely with the Associate Director, MBA Programme Delivery, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing student engagement, diversity and inclusion within our MBA programme. This role demands exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive co-curricular strategy in alignment with the evolving needs of our MBA programme.
  • Manage and delegate tasks to junior colleagues within the programme team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including faculty, to secure input and support for co-curricular activities.
  • Co-lead the delivery of MBA Launch and Capstone events, along with supporting other in-year events.
  • Organise and facilitate student forum meetings, presenting as required, to gather feedback and address student concerns.
  • You should possess a demonstrable understanding of the MBA market and exhibit exceptional communication skills. You must also demonstrate proven project management abilities, including meeting deadlines and managing stakeholder expectations effectively. Additionally, you should have prior management experience with a track record of developing and supporting team members.
