Are you an enthusiastic and experienced manager, with extensive expertise on English for Academic Purposes (EAP) and study skills provision, specifically focussed on international students?

We're looking for an individual to join our professional services team and oversee the International College, as well as manage our resources and budgets. You will lead on the development, design, and content of programmes, working with key colleagues in academic colleges to ensure English language support is embedded into programmes appropriately. You will also deliver direct EAP teaching to international students in all elements of the International College provision.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Dean of International and Postgraduate Taught Students to develop, implement, and review KPIs for the International College to reflect the priorities of the department and the University, as well as manage and provide forward financial planning, balancing the requirements of English language support with the provision of equipment, material, staffing, and service levels.

If you would like further information or an informal discussion about this exciting opportunity, please contact Claire Randerson, Dean of International and Postgraduate Taught Students, at [email protected].

These are redeployment opportunities for colleagues who have been placed at risk of redundancy only.
