Reuben College is Oxford University's newest, graduate-only College. Established in 2019 with a £71m endowment from the Reuben Foundation it incorporates the best of Oxford's traditions in a 21st century environment.

The Head of Finance is a critical role within the College. We are seeking an experienced accountant with a creative, problem-solving approach. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to building efficient processes that can accommodate the College's growth in size and journey to independence over the coming years. With significant experience of developing robust long-term financial plans, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the College's strategic direction. As a committed and experienced line manager, you will focus on enabling and empowering team members to achieve their full potential. You will be adept at managing competing demands, able to see the bigger picture, and proactive in identifying novel solutions.

This is a full-time (.80 FTE considered), permanent position based at Reuben College, on-site working required for the majority of hours.
