The Head of Enterprise Systems is a crucial leadership management post within the Information & Communications Technology professional services department (ICT).

The role will drive the University's ICT digital strategy plan that underpins the effective delivery of enterprise systems and moving away from legacy applications. The post holder will contribute to the ambitions of the University's Strategic Plan and primarily be responsible for IT governance, development and support of enterprise systems, services and data security that underpin critical business activities. Enterprise systems comprise of student records system, finance, HR, VLE, CRM, Identity management and web-based services.

The post holder will act as a strategic partner with other departments and establish a holistic approach to delivering business-aligned enterprise systems and services. The Role holder should have exceptional communication and presentational skills and be capable of conveying a clear and appropriate message to a wide range of stakeholders.

As the Head of Enterprise Systems, you will work closely with the CIO to improve the staff and student experience at the University of Bedfordshire.

The post will be based at the Luton campus, with travel to other campuses as required. Opportunities for delivery at our international partner campuses may also be available.
