About the role

This is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing our visual identity, creative services, content and event engagement strategies. It's an interim role whilst we recruit for the permanent post. Here are all the great things the interim role entails:

Event Management : Oversee Open Day events and degree ceremonies, working with our events team, ensuring impeccable execution and memorable experiences for attendees.

Content Leadership : Lead our content team in crafting and developing core marketing web pages and content for key marketing collateral, including prospectuses, ensuring they accurately reflect our institution's values, messaging and offerings.

Media Production, Visual Identity and Print : Co-ordinate graphic design, photography and video projects for marketing collateral, working with our team of creatives to maintain a cohesive and compelling visual identity and ensuring brand consistency. Oversee our print unit, which provides a vital service, including to our students and staff.

About you
  • Experience in Implementing Brand and Visual Guidelines: You have a proven track record of implementing brand and visual guidelines and processes to maintain a cohesive and compelling visual identity across various marketing materials.
  • Resource Management and Strategic Planning: You possess the ability to effectively manage resources and develop strategies and plans to deliver required financial outcomes, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources while achieving desired goals.
  • Collaborative Team Player: You thrive in a multi-disciplinary team environment, collaborating with marketing practitioners, designers, and other creative service providers to achieve common objectives.
  • Effective Supplier Relationship Management: Your experience includes managing long-term external supplier relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality services to support our creative endeavours.
