Hall Executive (at the rank of Clerk II) in Suen Chi Sun Hall (Ref.: 525951) (to commence as soon as possible, on a 1-year temporary contract or 2-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. If the contract is on 2-year fixed term basis, the appointee will be offered with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary)
Applicants should possess a Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree or above, with 5 passes in HKCEE or min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE, and have at least 1-2 years' full-time relevant work experience. They should have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua), as well as effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. They should also be a good team player with a positive attitude, be attentive to details with high accuracy, possess a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to work under pressure.
The appointee will support the Hall's administration and operation, including general office administration, finance administration, handling inquiries and student matters, matters related to personnel, and performing any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
