    About the Role:

    Team ARU operate within the Estates & Facilities professional service at ARU and are responsible for the provision of Sport and Physical Activity for Students, Staff and members of the local community. As part of this provision we operate on-campus Sports Facilities including Helmore Gym on our Cambridge campus. This is an exciting role in which the post holder will lead a team and coordinate the smooth running of Helmore Gym and it's associated Sports Facilities.

    With a minimum of two A-levels and a recognised Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and Level 2 Gym Instructor Qualification, you'll have demonstrable experience of supervising staff in a sport / fitness environment as well as a passion for sport, health and fitness. You'll have a clear customer focussed approach with demonstrable experience of working on your own initiative and as part of a team towards common goals. The ability to communicate, inspire and organise others will be paramount alongside the ability to write and follow clearly defined procedures and processes.
