Groundskeeper (Full-Time) - Bethel University

Job Summary: Reporting to the Director of the Physical Plant, the Groundskeeper is a full- time role responsible for the aesthetics, safety, and day-to-day care of Bethel University's campus grounds. This position supports a clean, attractive, and hazard-free environment for students, faculty, staff, and guests through routine landscaping, grounds maintenance, and seasonal operations.

Duties include, but are not limited to :

Equipment Used :

All grounds equipment, including: snow removal equipment, mowers, blowers, tractors, bobcat, chainsaw, shovel, rake, trucks, Gator, etc.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Working Environment :

Work takes place outdoors, possibly in inclement weather or uncomfortable surroundings. A love for the great outdoors is a must!
