About the position
The La Trobe Graduate Research School supports a dynamic and engaged community of researchers who are enrolled in a research degree at La Trobe University. Reporting to the Graduate Research Operations Manager, this role is responsible for managing the admission and administration of international graduate research candidates, including candidates recruited through global partnerships and joint-PhD programs.
The incumbent of this role will act as a Graduate Research School expert in matters relating to international education and compliance, ESOS legislation, policy affecting international students, and contribute to the development of policy and procedures to streamline admissions and scholarship processes along with relevant communications and promotional material. The role will additionally support the broader end-to-end management of graduate research candidates as a key member of the Graduate Research School Operations Team and contribute to system and process enhancements.
