This post is located in the Graduate Admissions and Recruitment office, which is based at the University Offices, Wellington Square. The office is part of the Academic Administration Division (AAD), one of the largest units within the University Administration and Services.
We are seeking a committed and experienced full-time Graduate Access and Widening Participation Officer within the Graduate Admissions and Recruitment Office. This is an exciting new role in a fast-evolving area with responsibility for the planning, coordination and delivery of the UNIQ+ research internships programme.

About the Role
We are looking for an engaged and committed individual to join the Graduate Admissions and Recruitment Office on a full-time basis for a five-year fixed- term post. This is a pivotal new role with particular responsibility for the planning and delivery of the UNIQ+ research internships programme, which will grow in scale from 2026.
The post-holder will manage and co-ordinate work on graduate access, recruitment and widening participation programmes (primarily UNIQ+) across the collegiate University, liaising with a range of stakeholders. They will also support the development and delivery of a revised format of UNIQ+ from 2026. As well as the existing residential programme, this may expand to include initiatives such as different formats for different subject areas, further online content, mentoring, and other initiatives throughout the year.
About You
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience organising events and managing projects with excellent administrative, planning and organisation skills to work in an emerging and growing area of interest for the collegiate University. This is an exciting time to be involved in these initiatives, and there will be opportunity for the post-holder to contribute to shaping strategies and new activity, in addition to developing and supporting existing programmes.
