    The Opportunity

    Join the Faculty of Engineering as the Global Programs Senior Coordinator and shape the future of international education. You'll be part of one of Australia's largest and most diverse Engineering faculties, renowned for its strengths in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering, Chemical and Biological Engineering and Material Sciences and Engineering.

    In this role, you'll collaborate with the Manager, Marketing & Recruitment to drive strategic initiatives that support our internationalisation objectives. Take the lead in managing innovative learning abroad programs, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and compliance. Be the crucial link between the Faculty of Engineering, the University, and both internal and external stakeholders, while contributing to the advancement of global program objectives.     About You

    Are you a dynamic professional with a proven track record in high-level program administration, project management, and a strong focus on customer service excellence. Your exceptional planning and organisational skills, along with the ability to prioritise, will set you apart. You excel in relationship management and can interact and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.

    As a motivator and problem solver, you've demonstrated leadership abilities and a knack for recommending solutions to complex issues. With your analytical mind and high level communication skills, including the ability to present complex information, you'll thrive in this role.

    Along with your extensive experience and a deep understanding of the international education sector, you're the ideal candidate to shape the future of global education with the Faculty of Engineering.
