  • About the Role An opportunity for a Future Student's Officer has become available within the Future Students portfolio.

    In this role you will be at the forefront of engaging with prospective students, guiding them through their enquiries and ultimately recruiting them to a Swinburne program. As a key player in recruitment events and one-on-one counselling sessions, you will be the go-to person for students seeking information and support. It's an exciting role which will allow you to showcase your expertise in recruitment, sales, relationship management, and study opportunities, making you a valuable asset as a subject matter expert.

    About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Demonstrated experience in solutions selling and proven ability to meet sales targets
  • Experience in delivering high level customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork and negotiation skills
  • High level written and oral communication skills, including excellent public speaking ability
  • Superior time management skills, and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

    Qualifications Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or completion of an associate diploma and substantial subsequent relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
