  • Excellent communication skills including public speaking (presenting to groups) and written communication.
  • Attention to detail (accuracy and consistency), time management, problem solving and well-developed organisational skills.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or education or similar.
  • Knowledge in the use of computers including word and excel etc, and customer relationship management/corporate information systems.
