Full-time/Part-time Research Assistant II (Ref: 524523) in the Department of Social Work & Social Administration (to commence as soon as possible for six months, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Health Sciences or a related discipline. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese); strong communication skills; basic knowledge in using statistical software such as SPSS and R; be self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently and as a team.
The appointee will participate in research on compassion and mental well-being in older adults and their carers using mixed-methods approaches. He/she will be responsible for literature review, liaison with external parties, data collection, management, and analysis, and other research-related duties as assigned.
