Full-time IT and Multimedia Manager (at the rank of IT Manager) in the Faculty of Education (Ref: 530334) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications or related disciplines, with at least 5 years of solid work experience and a strong track record in pedagogical video and multimedia production; and graphic design for prints and social media. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; a strong sense of responsibility; and the ability to work independently and supervise a small team on multimedia development. Experiences with multimedia design work and publicity for educational programmes in schools and higher education are essential.
The appointee will support the multimedia design work and publicity and outreach for the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2025 in Hong Kong. He/she will provide IT consultancy and support for the implementation of the PISA in local schools and perform other duties as assigned.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to submit a portfolio of multimedia design work and attend an interview.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered.
