Full-time Clerk II/Clerical Assistant in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of the Faculty of Dentistry (Ref.: 524692) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funding)

Applicants should possess a Higher Diploma or above; OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics with at least 1 year's full-time work experience. Those with less experience and/or lower qualifications may be appointed as the Clerical Assistant. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, good interpersonal and communication skills, computer literacy, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently. They should also be able to multitask under pressure and be detail-oriented and self-motivated.

The appointee will report to the Executive Officer and provide administrative support to the Division and secretarial support to academic staff, collaborating with colleagues from other hospitals and external parties, managing clinical, teaching, and examination schedules, organizing teaching- related events, handling inventory items and records within the division, and completing any other assigned duties. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
