The Student Success Coach provides individualized academic support, coaching, and mentoring to students. This position is dedicated to enhancing student retention, persistence, and graduation rates. The Student Success Coach collaborates closely with faculty, staff, and campus partners, and operates under the supervision of the Director of Student Success.

EXPERIENCE
Experience working with student support or student life programs in higher education, preferably with Nursing or healthcare students;
Demonstrated expertise in precepting, mentoring, and retention strategies, and/or experience in academic coaching.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Health Sciences, Education, Counseling, Student Affairs, or a related field, required;
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills;
Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student-centered service.
