Job Reference: 759476 Are you passionate about fitness and wellness and thrive in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fitness and Wellness Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of Curtin University's fitness programs and facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-quality wellness programs and create an exceptional member experience for our community. You will play a vital role in delivering our fitness and wellness strategy while ensuring that safety, customer service, and program delivery are consistently of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day fitness operations, including group classes and wellness programs
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and safe for use
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of a network of instructors to ensure efficient operation of the group fitness timetable
  • Monitor industry trends to keep Curtin's programs innovative
  • Maintain accurate records of membership and attendance
  • Use digital tools to enhance member experience and efficiency
  • About You:

  • Relevant qualifications in fitness, sports science, or personal training
  • Experience in managing fitness programs and teams
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting
  • Valid Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate
  • Full working rights in Australia and currently living in Perth, WA.
