Responsibilities :

  • • Monitor and track student retention and graduation of First-Generation Forward (Gen 1) Program • Ability to interpret data, write reports, identify trends and patterns, and present findings • Create assessments and reports for the following: student tutoring, Academic Coaching program, Peer Mentoring program and other duties as assigned • Assist in the development of survey for pairing Peer Mentors and students to ensure compatibility and success • Research best practices regarding first-generation initiatives • Assist with development of student support programming
  • Qualifications:

  • • Understanding of Assessment and Program Evaluation best practices • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies • Communication • Strong written and verbal skills • Cultural awareness

  • Familiarity with Campus Labs, SPSS, or Stata.
