Requirements
Responsibilities Assist and provide support to front desk staff and counselors as needed. Service new and current families by providing excellent customer service answering phones, processing incoming mail, and other duties as assigned.
  • Answer student/family phone inquiries, and provide excellent customer service and information. (Communication, Critical Thinking, Professionalism)
  • Respond to student/family email inquiries, and provide excellent customer service and information. (Communication, Critical Thinking, Professionalism)
  • Process in-coming mail. (Professionalism, Communication)
  • Assist with completing FAFSA applications. (Communication, Critical Thinking, Professionalism, Equity and Inclusion)
  • Assist walk-in students with questions and provide excellent customer service and information. (Communication, Critical Thinking, Equity and Inclusion, Professionalism)
  • Maintain filing system. (Professionalism)
  • Work reports as required. (Communication, Critical Thinking, Professionalism, Team Work, Technology)
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Current or Registered USF students in good academic standing
  • Federal Work-Study (FWS) eligible
  • Must have attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Spanish speaking (preferred)
Pay Rate Hourly 15
