Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of our student worker will included the following
assigned tasks.
o Provide assistance to the Executive Director and Coordinator of Academic
Initiatives
o Event and meeting support
o Basic clerical skills (i.e. answering phones, sorting and filing documents,
faxing, copying, and data entry)
o Direct guests to appropriate faculty, staff or administrator
o Other duties assigned
Qualifications:
• Customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills
• General computer knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Office Word, Excel and
PowerPoint)
• Must be available to work on Fridays
• Must be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
• Ability to handle confidential documents with discretion
