ECU's Circulation Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is seeking Federal Work Study Graduate student assistants for Fall 2023.

This position processes materials borrowed from or to be provided to other libraries. Tasks will include: -Finding and pulling books and journals from the physical collections -Scanning passages from books, journals, and microforms -Opening packages and packing materials to be shipped -Processing incoming and outgoing materials using library computer systems -Finding articles/chapters in online resources and supplying them electronically -Verifying and updating library and patron addresses in multiple computer systems -Other duties to be determined by the supervisor as needed by the department

Strong attention to detail is required. The ability to work productively with limited direct supervision is required. Employees must be able to bend, squat, climb, and reach; also, to lift and push library materials and operate computers.

Hours will be between 8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday, no nights or weekends.
