A specialist creative arts institution, the University for the Creative Arts' distinctiveness comes from focusing on provision through its creative campuses, which are not compromised by sharing facilities with other subjects or disciplines. The Epsom campus is home to the School of Fashion & Textiles and Business School for the Creative Industries. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated facilities professional to join our friendly and supportive staff as our Epsom Facilities Manager.

You will be an expert in the field, with an innovative approach to customer service. You'll be accountable for management and delivery of facilities operations across satellite buildings in our Epsom campus, including maintenance, cleaning, security among others; ensuring our campuses are safe for students, staff and visitors; efficiently run to support UCA's ambitious creative arts programmes.

You will join a dedicated and diverse Estates & Facilities Management team and will play a crucial role in supporting the University's events and activities for Epsom campus. You must be able to demonstrate good team working abilities as well as good organisational and communication skills.

We are specifically looking for an individual who will lead and manage the campus facilities team to support the efficient running of Epsom university estate. You will have analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to understand and anticipate customer requirements and be able to translate them into actions that meet and exceed expectations. Your duties will include standby responsibilities, taking the lead in the delivery and management of minor building works and capital projects for the Epsom campus, hold operational duties for campus building compliance, oversee our in-house and contracted services and be the point of contact & escalation for incidents on campus.
