In the Finance and Administration department, you'll be part of the Strategic Sustainable Procurement Office, a small team of 4 people. You will daily interact internally with researchers and administrative services, and externally with international suppliers.

How will you contribute?

You will be mainly in charge of:

  • Treat timely and in an effective way the purchase requisitions
  • Ensure the application of LIST rules in this regard.
  • Interact with internal/external stakeholders to gather relevant information, for example, ask for specifications to internal requesters, or ask for quotations to various suppliers.
  • Check the terms of the supplier's quotation, including payment terms.
  • Follow-up on purchase orders: check PO approvals, suppliers' confirmations, planned delivery dates, collect intrastat codes
  • Record and monitor contracts in our systems.
  • Invoice regularization
  • Good understanding of the whole purchasing process
  • Integrate main principles of public procurement.

    · Bachelor Purchasing, Procurement, etc

    Experience and skills

    · French and English required

    · Comfortable with Office tools

    · Experience with SAP considered an asset
