The Senior Manager, Accommodation has overall commercial and contract management responsibility for governing the successful performance of the Master Operating Agreement (“MOA”) including the management of the contract relationship, obligations, and outcomes, monitoring the delivery of key performance indicators, and making informed commercial decisions that balance risk and reward. This complex partnership involves multiple parties who perform the management, maintenance, asset lifecycle planning, capital improvement, pastoral care, and administration on behalf of the principal parties being Project Co. and Curtin University.
