The TWT Fab, Sub-THz Engineering Centre at the School of Engineering, led Professor Claudio Paoloni, is eager to appoint a motivated expert in traveling wave tubes (TWT) in the role of experimental officer, for supporting our world leading research in sub-THz TWTs.

It is an exciting role with a major responsibility in the production, testing and operation of sub-THz TWTs. You will be responsible of all the operations of TWT test after fabrication (e.g. high voltage and RF test, beam transmission). You will contribute to TWT innovation and production.

You will work with our expert in design and fabrication of sub-THz traveling wave tubes.

You will be involved in an exciting international environment with substantial development opportunities and collaborate with top institutions and companies worldwide.
