Position Information
First Christian Church (Canton, OH) is searching for our next Executive Pastor (XP) - a high-capacity, spiritually grounded leader who can help turn vision into reality. The Executive Pastor is a “chief of staff” who will lead and develop a high impact staff team that embraces both health and performance, blaze a clear trail from vision to execution, and drive core strategic initiatives that help the church accomplish its mission and vision.
