Executive Officer (several posts) in the Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine , School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 531067) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree, with at least 3 years of work experience in the education sector, preferably in tertiary institutions. They should be a good team player with excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese), as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different stakeholders. Professional etiquette, good problem-solving skills, commitment to quality and results, and a high level of computer literacy are essential for the position.
The appointees will provide administrative support to faculty members and planning/ execution of undergraduate curriculum and related student matters, and perform other duties as assigned. Working in Hong Kong Children's Hospital will be required. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
