Executive Officer in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Ref.: 530154) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two- year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree, with at least 4 years' administrative work experience, preferably in tertiary institutions. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese) and good computer literacy. They should also be good team players with good organisational, communication, problem- solving and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and be self-motivated.

The appointee will oversee the operation of the Department's academic programmes, student matters, external liaison and relevant events; supervise office and clerical staff; serve as the secretary of committees and perform other duties as assigned.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
