Executive Officer in the Department of Architecture (Ref.: 526223) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years' solid administrative work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills; an appropriate level of IT skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines. They should also be a good team leader and player, able to multi-task, and attentive to details.
The appointee will handle a range of administrative works related to academic programmes, finance, facilities management, event organisation, research support, committees serving, and perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
