Executive Officer in the School of Chinese Medicine (Ref.: 526195) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years' work experience in the higher education or public/quasi-public sectors. An excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua); strong communication and interpersonal, supervisory, organizational and problem- solving skills; ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse groups of stakeholders; and a strong sense of responsibility are essential. Applicants should be a good team player, attentive to details, self-motivated, able to multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision.
The appointee will have good exposure to a wide spectrum of administrative work and various school projects, assisting in policy formulation and implementation. He/she is expected to deliver quality outputs and perform other duties as assigned. Flexibility to work outside office hours is required. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test.
