Executive Officer in the Faculty of Social Sciences (Ref: 525730) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract- end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance).
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 to 4 years of programme management experience, preferably in a tertiary institution. They should be a good team player with excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), great organisational and interpersonal skills, excellent time management, good problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. They should also be able to work independently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
The appointees will provide administrative and secretarial support for our academic programmes, including curriculum development, admissions and outreach activities, committee servicing, teaching and learning activities, and perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
