Executive Officer in the Faculty of Law (Ref.: 526953) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' work experience in preferably in a tertiary institution. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); the ability to work independently with initiative and under pressure; an outgoing personality with good organizational and communication skills; good problem-solving skills and excellent time management. They should also be good team players with the ability to multi-task and be attentive to details. A professional work attitude as well as a high level of computer literacy are also required.
The appointee will provide administrative support to academic programmes including admissions, outreaching, new initiatives, student enrichment programmes, student affairs and programme management. He/She will also be responsible for handling student matters; providing administrative support of events and functions; and performing any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and a written test.
