Executive Officer (holding the functional title of Assistant Project Manager) in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 526684) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Media, Journalism or related disciplines, with at least 3 years' publicity or administrative work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese); strong communication and interpersonal skills; and the ability to work under pressure and independently as well as in a team. Preference will be given to those with experience in coordinating healthcare projects.
The appointee will be responsible for organizing events and publicity to promote healthcare project; internal and external communication to promote the project; updating and managing social media platforms; writing speech for Principal Investigator; administration of the project and undertaking any other duties assigned.
