This full-time post is available immediately on a permanent basis.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.

Summary of the role
The position of Executive Officer (Cornwall) offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a commitment to excellence to provide high-level executive and project management support for the busy Executive Team in Cornwall including the Deputy Vice Chancellor Cornwall. We are looking for an individual with recent experience of providing executive-level administrative support in a Higher Education environment, including servicing committees. We need somebody who has a 'can-do' attitude who can manage projects involving multiple stakeholders across campuses, and provide operational and strategic support to the Executive Team.
Qualities such as excellent communication skills, strong planning and organisational skills, A diplomacy and sensitivity, and a pro-active and enthusiastic approach are fundamental to the role.
The post is based within the Faculty Operations team, part of Education and Academic Services directorate, and is based on the Penryn Campus in Cornwall.
