Executive Officer (2 posts) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 527154)

We are looking for Executive Officers to join the HR team of the LKS Faculty of Medicine to provide administrative support in relation to human resources operations.

The Role

The appointees will provide high-level support to the administration of academic staff appointments and tenure/promotion exercises (including but not limited to scheduling meeting, reviewing submission of documents to ensure compliance with university rules and regulations, preparing recommendation packages to approving authorities at the University level); advise departmental counterparts on HR queries, policies and procedures; maintain internal filing and record systems; supervise assigned clerical staff; and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Qualities

What we Offer

The appointment will be made on fixed-term full-time contract for 2 years, to commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
